Open a New Utility Account

To open a new utility account, please complete the online application for Owners or Tenants. You must submit all required documentation when opening an account. Below you will find documentation requirements for opening a utility account.

Residential / Commercial Accounts

When opening an account please have the following items:

Owners: 

Proof of ownership

• Warranty Deed. (All signature are required on Warranty Deed)
• Valid Government I.D. for all residents at location over 18 years old (on the Warranty Deed).
• Completed Water and Sewer Service Application
• Deposit payment. The deposit payment will be billed on the first bill. Deposit amounts are between $100 - $150 based on the meter size. A $15 activation fee will be assessed on your first bill.

Once you have all the required documents visit the New Utilities Account: Owners Application page to submit your application. 

Tenants: 

• A Valid Lease of six months or more is required. A Single Family Residential Lease or a Multi-Family Residential Lease must be filled out completely and submitted once signed by the lease and lessor.
• Valid Government I.D. for all residents at location over 18 years old.
• Completed Water and Sewer Service Application
• Deposit payment. The deposit payment will be billed on the first bill. Deposit amounts are between $100 - $150 based on the meter size. A $15 activation fee will be assessed on your first bill.

Once you have all the required documents visit the New Utility Account: Tenant Applications page to submit your application.

All new account holders must submit all required documentation within 48 hours prior to move in or start date.
