Residents must apply for water service online or via email using the online forms and close their existing water services via email. Please make sure to complete, sign, and attach all the required documents.

For opening and closing accounts, please send all required information within 48 hours of start or end date.
For new service, deposit will be billed to your account and payable on the due date of your first invoice.
For closing your account review all required documents that must be signed and included in your Request to Cancel Utility Services.

Reminder: We offer the following payment methods as an alternative to paying in person.

To change your mailing address for your utility bill the following is required:

Complete and sign Change of Address form:
Copy of Photo ID (ex. Driver's License)

The form and ID may be emailed to utilitiescustomerservice@mydelraybeach.com.

Please allow 72 hours for the account to update with the new mailing address.
