After you’ve submitted the permit application using ePlans, we will communicate with you via email.
- Check your inbox for messages from DoNotReplyDRBFL@avolvecloud.com or DoNotReply@mydelraybeach.com.
- If you don’t see an ePlans email from one of the two email addresses listed above, check your email filters (junk/spam) and set exceptions.
Express Permits Available
Emergency A/C, roof, and water heater repairs or replacements are considered walk through permits, meaning we expedite them. You may also apply for your A/C permit 24-hours AFTER your repairs are complete. While the permit application is the same, most A/C permits are issued within three days. Our goal is to ensure your permit process is as smooth and quick as possible.
When you click the link above to apply for your permit, express permits will be the first option in the drop down menu when you select your permit type.
If your permit application is accepted:
- You will receive an email with your permit number and instructions for the next steps.
- An ePlans account will be created for you and you will receive an invitation email to access your project on the ePlans portal.
- In some cases, you will be assigned a task to upload and submit the drawings and/or documents needed to initiate the first review cycle. Click here to learn how to upload and submit your drawings and documents.
If your permit application is not accepted:
- You will receive an email with the reason why it wasn’t accepted.
- You may resubmit once the initial submission issues have been corrected, if applicable.
Note: Following a submission rejection, the individual permit information does not remain in our system.
