ePlans is Delray Beach's new, digital plan review system. As of June 5, 2023, ePlans is open for all building permit applications, except for demolition permit applications.

ePlans Are Going All Digital

Starting October 1st, 2024 all permit submissions will be be fully digital. And paper plans will not be reviewed. After October 1st, a $25 paper processing fee will be charged for scanning paper submissions. Staff is available to assist in this process, if you have any questions please call (561) 243-7200

Express Permits Available

Emergency A/C, roof, and water heater repairs or replacements are considered walk through permits, meaning we expedite them. You may also apply for your A/C permit 24-hours AFTER your repairs are complete. While the permit application is the same, most A/C permits are issued within three days. Our goal is to ensure your permit process is as smooth and quick as possible.
