When all the requirements have been met and the fees are paid, a notification email to download your files from the “Reviewed” folder will be sent.

Downloading the Permit Set

A notification email titled “Download Reviewed Files” will be sent. Either click on the download button in the email or open the task from the dashboard as shown below. Click here to access the ePlans dashboard.

When this screen appears, click “Access Project Files” and go to the files tab within the project.

The permit set will include all the project files.

Step 1: Click the “Reviewed” folder.
Step 2: Select all the files in the folder.
Step 3: Click the download button. The system will zip all files prior to download.

Printing the Permit Set

The full set of permit documents and plans must be available on the job site. All files must be printed to scale and in color, in their original size.

Note: Illegible documents may cause issues and delays during inspections.
