What information do I need to apply for a Sub-Permit via ePlans?

1. The permit number.

2. The completed, signed, and notarized sub-permit application form.

When are the Sub-Permit fees due? 

  • If the master permit is not yet issued, fees will be assessed and invoiced when the master permit is issued. 
  • If the sub-permit application is completed after the master permit is issued, fees will be assessed and invoiced when the sub-permit is issued.
