What do I need to provide to apply for a change of contractor via ePlans?

1. The permit number.

2. The completed, signed, and notarized affidavit form.

3. Permit or Sub-Permit: When submitting an application, a new permit or sub-permit application will be required.

4. Once your application has been accepted and your fees are paid, you’ll receive an invitation via email to access your project in the ePlans portal.
