  • Emails are associated with projects/permits on a project-by-project basis.
  • If you get an error message about limited access, you are not logging on with the email address provided on your original online submission. 
  • The email provided under the applicant contact information is the one that has access to the project. See example below:  ContactInfo
  • We recommend, when possible, always using a company email account.
  • Once a task is assigned to the applicant group, the applicant can add or remove email accounts for each individual project.
  • Use the “Invite Others” tab on the task form to manage email recipients, allowing you to specify who should or should not receive project-related messages, respond to comments, and upload files.
