Permit revision requests can only be submitted online for permits that were submitted through ePlans.

Once the permit revision request form has been received, the upload function for the project will be enabled allowing you to submit the required documentation. You will receive an email to complete an “Upload and Submit” task. Click here to learn more about uploading and submitting your documents.

Please be aware that only one revision can be processed at a time. Once a revision has been started, a full review cycle will have to complete before the applicant can upload new/updated documents or drawings.

For permits that were originally applied for in person using hard copy (paper) plans and documents, please make your revision request in person at the Development Services Department located at 100 NW 1st Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444.
