As a reminder, you may call (561) 243-7000 to speak with a live City of Delray Beach customer service representative Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or visit the news section on the city’s official website.

The City of Delray Beach uses the CodeRED emergency system to send out calls, text messages, and emails to residents, businesses and visitors during emergency situations. These messages will begin with the phrase, “This is a CodeRED call/text/email from the City of Delray Beach.”
When is CodeRED Used:

- Extreme weather events
- Non-life safety matters such as:
- Road closures
- Water main repairs/boil water notices
- Power and water service interruptions
