In May of 2020, the City of Delray Beach contracted with Public Utility Management and Planning Services, Inc. to conduct a forensic review of the city's reclaimed water system. The final report was provided to the city in October 2020. The report provides a history of the City's reclaimed water system, a summary of events and 10 suggestions for the City’s consideration for implementation.
