Important Announcement: Transition to Bidnet Direct for Bidding Opportunities

The City of Delray Beach is excited to announce that we have officially transitioned to the Florida Purchasing Group, powered by Bidnet Direct by SOVRA. As of today, the City will no longer utilize Periscope S2G (formerly BidSync) for bid distribution. We invite all existing and new vendors to register with Bidnet Direct to stay informed about current and future bid opportunities issued by the City.

Key Information for Vendors: 

Action Required for Former PeriscopeS2G Users: If you were registered with Periscope S2G (formerly Bidsync), please create a new account on Bidnet Direct to ensure you receive the latest notifications and bid alerts.

If you have previously registered with Bidnet Direct, please log in and update your profile to receive the most up to date information concerning our opportunities. Registering with the City of Delray Beach

Suppliers can be sent electronic notifications of upcoming solicitations being issued and other contracting opportunities. The City requires suppliers to be registered with Bidnet Direct, and there is no cost to obtain the City of Delray Beach notifications. By submitting your W9 and the Supplier Registration package, this will assist with the receiving of purchase orders as well as payment processing. In most cases Suppliers must be registered on Sunbiz with the State of Florida. Click here to register on Bidnet Direct .

 

To complete your registration

To complete your registration, please open the Supplier Registration package and fill out all required fields. This includes the substitute W-9 section and, if applicable, the City of Delray Beach Vendor Direct Deposit (ACH) authorization form for direct deposit. We strongly encourage the use of ACH as a payment method. ACH payments provide both the sender and receiver the advantages of improved controls, reduced chances for check fraud, better cash management and greatly reduced bank charges.
