The annual Knowles and Mangrove Park Parking Permit, for $200 + tax for residents and $350 + tax for Non-residents, allows you to park at any of the following parking lots without paying meter fees:

• Mangrove Park – 1211 S. Federal Highway Delray Beach, FL 33483

• Knowles park – 1001 S. Federal Highway Delray Beach, FL 33483

How to Purchase a Beach Parking Permit

Permits may be purchased in the following ways:

• Online purchase: tocite.net/oneparkingdelraybeach
• In person: Park Delray Beach office, 95 NE 1st Ave, Delray Beach FL 33444 (located inside the Old School Square parking garage on the 1st Floor).

Permit Requirements

• Trailer Registration and Vehicle registration and driver's license must be provided
• Remove liner and affix it to driver's trailer tongue
• Stickers are non-transferable
• All City of Delray Beach parking citations must be paid or satisfied to purchase a parking permit. 
• In the event of a change in permanent ownership of a vehicle, the old sticker, in whole or in pieces, must be returned for a replacement sticker to be issued.
