FY23-24 LETF Application Cycle – OPENS February 14, 2024

Under the auspices of the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act,  Sections 932.701-706, Florida Statutes, the City of Delray Beach Police Department has launched a new process for the distribution of Law Enforcement Trust Funds (LETF) to nonprofit organizations assisting the Delray Beach community. Applications and accompanying documentation must be submitted to LETF@mydelraybeach.com by March 15, 2024.

LETF Application Process 

To request funding from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund (LETF) you will need to download and fill out the LETF Application. After completing the form please email it to LETF@mydelrayebeach.com along with the other required documents and we'll contact and update you on the status of your application as soon as possible.
