How to Rent a Facility 

Many of our Parks facilities are available to rent. To see all the available facilities and pavilions available to rent please view our Facility and Pavilion Rental Brochure. To reserve your conference/meeting room or gymnasium, fill out the Facility Rental Application and the Facility Rental - Room Set Up Form. After filling it out, please mail it back or visit us in person for confirmation.

Parks Rentals

To rent a park, pavilion, gazebo you will need to submit a Pavilion/Gazebo Permit Application After filling it out, please mail it back or visit us in person for confirmation. To see all the available facilities and pavilions available to rent please view our Facility and Pavilion Rental Brochure. Only bounce houses from the City's approved vendor list are allowed. 

To rent out Atlantic Dunes Park, Barwick Park, Bexley Trail, Eagle Park, Lakeview Park, Mike Machek Boy Scout Park, Orchard View Park, and Pine Grove Park Pavilions, please mail/email your application to:
