WebTrac is our online registration system. This system will enable you to register online for many programs and activities offered by the department. You will also have the ability to request a permit for a room or pavilion rental, purchase or renew a pass, and even adopt-a-brick.

• Not all programs, activities and facilities are available for online registration.
• To print receipts from the WebTrac, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
• The only accepted form of online payment is credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express only)

In order to use the system, you must have a household registered in the system with a username and password.  If you have registered for Delray Beach Parks and Recreation programs, camps, or have rented a facility, you may already have a household account.

WebTrac allows everyone to:

• Browse activities, facilities, pavilions, and pass membership listings.
• Look up details about any activity (i.e. prices, dates, times, locations, or even current enrollment numbers)

WebTrac allows registered individuals and households to:

• Enroll for many of our classes, activities, and pass memberships
• Check on class availability
• Send a reservation request for a park pavilion or facility rental.
• Renew memberships
• Print a transaction history
• Reprint old receipts

WebTrac DOES NOT allow you to:

• Register individuals from other households
• Register children who do not meet the specific requirements for a class
• Refund a class
• Transfer to another class

Please note:

• Not all programs, activities and facilities are available for online registration.

• You may search the activities as a guest but must have an active account to enroll in programs and pay online.
• If you have registered for a program or made a purchase through Delray Beach Parks and Recreation, you may have an active household account.
