The City of Delray Beach offers Rental Assistance to those who qualify. The program assists renter households with 1) security deposit at initial occupancy or 2) eviction prevention not to exceed 6 months' rent. The program also provides assistance with the first, last, and security deposit payments for those involved in the workforce program only. Must have/secure a one-year lease and cannot be a sub-lease.
