Completed Disaster Recovery Data Center move from Jacksonville to Tallahassee and created network for replication, saving $40k+ per year.
Implemented replication and failover scheme for production applications to the Tallahassee DR facilty using Zerto – Near – Zero recovery time in the event of a disaster where the primary data center is lost.
Purchased Dell notebook computers for key personnel for portability and EOC use.
Installed Cisco VPN AnyConnect for reliable and secure access to City networks.

Implemented Trend Micro Email Scanning for Office 365 – emails go to Trend Micro servers before they go to Microsoft for delivery – 70% of emails are deleted or flagged as malicious before delivery to City employees.
Initiate KnowBe4 Phishing testing and training campaign.
Initiated contract with Comcast to replace network connections that have Adelphia dark fiber that is no longer supported.
Designed project and initiated Laserfiche contract with Cities Digital for consulting and product for city-wide contract document management.
Migrated all document images from Optiview to Laserfiche so that we could abandon Optiview because of contract issues.
Upgraded Laserfiche to latest version with 50 users and separate, encrypted repository for Police documents.
Designed, implemented and tested a “portable Emergency Operations Center” which can set up telephones and computers for an EOC anywhere with a robust Internet connection connected to City servers. A completely functional EOC was set up and tested at a local hotel.
Completed demos and gained stakeholder consensus to move ahead with Tyler Energov implementation.
