The Health and Wellness Center is committed to the health and well-being of Delray Beach employees. 

Our goal is to provide employees and their families with convenient, high-quality healthcare, resulting in a significant saving to their out-of-pocket medical expenses.

Quick Facts

The Employee Heath and Wellness Center:

  • Is available to all employees enrolled in the city medical plan & their covered dependents (spouses, domestic partners, & children 2 years & older).
  • Provides all services & generic prescription medications with no co-pays or deductibles.
  • Can help lower out-of-pocket costs & improve employee health.
  • Allows employees to  see a doctor while on duty, with their supervisor's approval. 
  • Is completely voluntary & private; participant's medical information is not shared with the city.
