Zoning Map - The Official Zoning Map provides the zoning districts for each parcel of land, and also indicates the location of any overlay districts, historic districts, or future annexation areas. Zoning District regulations can be found in Article 4.4 of the Land Development Regulations. 

Land Use Map- The Land Use Map provides the designated future land use category for each parcel of land. Land Use Categories and Descriptions can be found within the Neighborhoods, Districts, and Corridors Element of the Always Delray Comprehensive Plan.

Stand Alone Bars - Regulations regarding Stand Alone Bars are located in LDR Section 4.3.3(V), Uses Involving Alcoholic Beverages. 

Tattoo Establishments - Regulations regarding Tattoo Establishments are located in LDR Section 4.3.3(ZB), Tattooing and tattoo establishments.

Historic GIS Map - Delray Beach's Historic GIS Map was created in the summer of 2022 and was financed with historic preservation grant assistance provided by the Bureau of Historic Preservation, Division of Historical Resources, Florida Department of State.

Delray Beach Memorial Gardens Municipal Cemetery GIS Map - The GIS Map was created in the summer of 2024 and was financed with historic preservation grant assistance provided by the Bureau of Historic Preservation, Division of Historical Resources, Florida Department of State.

Historic Sanborn Maps - Below are the Historic Sanborn Maps for 1922, 1926, 1949, & 1963, which have been made available online. Sanborn Maps are fire insurance rate maps (FIRM) from Delray Beach’s early development that illustrate original building footprints for properties, names of businesses, location of city facilities, and more. The maps are in digital pdf format.
