Tom Carney is a distinguished legal and diplomatic luminary with over four decades of invaluable experience spanning various domains, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, real estate, land use, zoning law, and international transactions. His illustrious career is highlighted by his tenure as Mayor and Commissioner of Delray Beach, and his pivotal role as Vice-Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency. Tom represented the Sovereign Military Order of Malta as Ambassador to Belize and contributed to the Government Council in Rome. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tom is deeply committed to philanthropy and education. His academic background boasts a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Spring Hill College, a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, and an LLM from Georgetown University.
