Purpose

To advise and make recommendations to the City Commission concerning applications for development located within the area bounded by 1-95 on the west, Swinton Avenue on the East, Linton Boulevard on the south, and Lake Ida Road on the north.

Board Membership

The NW/SW Board shall consist of five (5) regular members appointed by the City Commission.  Three (3) members shall be appointed for an initial term of one (1) year and two (2) members shall be appointed for a term of two years. Qualifications

All members shall be residents of or own property in the Northwest or Southwest sections of the City or otherwise own a business within the Northwest or Southwest sections of the City of Delray Beach.
