The City of Delray Beach is partnering once again with One Soldier at a Time for the 17th annual Project Holiday, which ships requested items to the United States Military service members who are unable to come home for the holidays. “Again this year, there have been several units deployed from Florida and Palm Beach County,” says organizer Delores Rangel. “These individuals are members of our community, and the care packages that service members receive from Project Holiday make a huge positive impact in both effectiveness and morale.”
Project Holiday brings the Delray Beach community together to help those who serve! Please do not submit any canned foods, family-sized items, pump dispensers, aerosols, chocolate, glass, or alcohol. Donations are being accepted from Oct.21 to Dec. 9.
