Project personnel will be available to review the project scope and schedule, lane closures, and address questions one-on-one.
PROJECT IMPROVEMENTS
- Mill and resurface the existing roadway.
- Widen the roadway in each direction to provide five-foot bicycle lanes.
- Modify swales to improve drainage.
- Upgrade signing and pavement markings to meet
current standards.
TRAFFIC IMPACTS
- Work will occur in phases to minimize impacts to the public.
- Lane closures are allowed Monday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during active construction.
- Pedestrian detours will be in place, and flagging operations will be used to direct traffic.
- No lane closures are permitted within 500 feet of the St. Lucy Catholic Church driveways on Sunday between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m.
- Access to businesses and residences will be maintained at all times.
